Reservation Policy
When reservation placed full payment is charged if, paying with credit card. If by check a 50% deposit is required to hold reservation of three or more days and the balance to be paid within 21 days of arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, you will be refunded by check your payment minus a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night including taxes and fees. We regret that no refunds for any reason will be granted within 21 days of expected arrival. We recommend trip insurance.

The Carriage House is a separate building (on the 2nd floor) with private deck. Bedroom with Queen Bed and full bed, with full bath with tub/shower. Another room with kitchenette, table and chairs and sitting area with Futon that opens to full size bed with innerspring mattress.

This is our largest room with a King size poster bed, with sitting area, one extra long twin is usually set up in the dormer, additional twin available on request. This room displays views of Silver Lake and the cascading lawns and gardens. Private bathroom with stand up shower and seat, double vanity sinks.
