GENERAL

All rooms have private bathrooms.  Stonehouse Manor is a non-smoking estate.  Well-behaved children are always welcome.  Two night minimum stay on weekends and holidays are required.  Some Holidays require a three night minimum stay.  (Single night stays on weekends and holidays will only be considered when availability warrants and with an additional $35 fee.  Room selection for single night stays is at the discretion of Innkeeper.  No particular room can be guaranteed.  Preference is given to guest of longer stays.)

RATES

Are per night, based on single or double occupancy and include a bountiful breakfast.  A 7% Maine lodging tax will be added to all stays.  Each additional person per room is $50 per night.  Children under 2 are $35 per night.  Pets are $35 per night and are welcome in Carriage House with prior approval and security deposit of $100.

Off Season Rates Begin Nov.1st and run till May 1st

Reg Season Rates are May 1st - June 30th & Sept 9th -Oct 31st

Peak Season Rates apply July 1st - Sept 8th & Holidays

RESERVATIONS ~ DEPOSITS

For stays less than three nights a 100% deposit is required to confirm reservation.  Three or more nights require 50% of entire stay.  Please include a written confirmation of the reservation dates with the deposit.  Payment by USA cash or checks, travelers checks.  Make Checks payable to Stonehouse Manor.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A  $50 service charge/fee will be deducted on all canceled reservations.  Cancellations less than 21 days from the time of expected arrival will only be refunded upon resale of the entire reservation.  There are no refunds for early departures.  It is a very short season!  Thank you for your understanding.

Stonehouse Manor at Popham Beach Bed & Breakfast is a great central place along the midcoast of Maine, situated within an hour to the Portland Cape Elizabeth, Casco Bay Islands Area  to the South or the Camden Rockland area to the North.   Numerous Lighthouses to see.  Museums.
